Our Story
KC SealCoating is a family-run sealcoating and driveway maintenance company based in Montrose, California. We serve homeowners and small commercial property managers across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, La Cañada, and the surrounding foothill communities.
We stay small on purpose. Owner Kenny Lizotte is on every job, every day. That's how we keep the quality consistent and the price honest. Most of our work comes from referrals, which is the only metric that really matters in this business.
